About the Role

This HR Administrative Assistant position is responsible for providing critical support to the Human Resources team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment verifications
  • Track employee leave, attendance, and benefits enrollment
  • Assist in audits by organizing and providing relevant documentation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field
  • Familiarity with HR/Payroll systems
Compensation and Benefits

$23-$28 per hour base compensation
