Acunor Inc is looking for a skilled Credit Risk Forecasting Lead with 4-5 years of specialized experience in loss forecasting and a total of 8-10 years in the financial services sector. This role will be pivotal in guiding our forecasting team, particularly within the credit card segment. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of business operations, a background in banking, and proficiency in Vintage forecasting, CCAR modeling, Roll Rate analysis, and Delinquency forecasting. Strong leadership capabilities are essential to effectively manage relationships with clients and partners while motivating a team of analysts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and sustain loss forecasting models tailored for the credit card portfolio, employing statistical methods and machine learning approaches.
- Supervise the creation and validation of CCAR models, including conducting scenario analyses and stress tests to meet regulatory standards.
- Perform risk evaluations and formulate mitigation strategies that incorporate Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Exposure at Default (EAD).
- Leverage Vintage analysis and roll rate methodologies to predict delinquency and charge-off trends.
- Enhance and optimize delinquency forecasting models, utilizing time series analysis and logistic regression techniques.
- Work collaboratively with finance, underwriting, and collections teams to collect data and insights.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including CECL standards and stress testing protocols.
