POSITION SUMMARY
Execute essential daily operations within the service window area, ensuring a positive experience for all team members and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Master all aspects of Vault operations, including service windows, main vault, and cash handling processes such as NRT cassettes fills, hard balance, and loading NRT's on the gaming floor.
  • Accurately count, record, and manage assigned funds, facilitating exchanges for various transactions throughout the shift, including jackpots, table credits, and employee gratuities.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and perform exchanges with the main vault as necessary.
  • Complete all required paperwork from the slot department, including W2-G forms for taxable withholdings related to jackpots and table games.
  • Assist front line staff in processing guest transactions using GUI CMS and Leap systems, including credit card advances and check cashing.
  • Verify and document personal identification for Everi Title 31 cash transactions, ensuring accurate logging of check cashing, credit card advances, chip cashing, and other cash transactions.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all guest services available on property, maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times, and staying informed about special events and promotional activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferred one to two years of experience in cashiering or banking.
  • Must hold a valid Colorado gaming license.
  • Able to work flexible hours while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures is essential.
  • Understanding of Title 31 (Bank Secrecy Act) regulations.
  • Knowledge of Everi Title 31 transactions and GUI CMS chip banking.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a 10-hour shift.
  • Capability to bend and lift during the shift, with the ability to lift up to 20 pounds (jet sort bags).
  • Proficient in using various equipment, including adding machines, currency counters, jet sort (coin counters), jet scan (bill counters), photocopiers, and cash advance systems.
  • Work environment includes exposure to bright lights, noise, and varying temperatures typical of a casino setting.
