Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a scalable and secure messaging infrastructure using WebSphere MQ and Message Broker.
  • Develop and administer messaging applications using WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Message Broker.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in messaging and integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in enterprise messaging, WebSphere MQ, and Message Broker administration and development.
  • Strong experience with WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Message Broker, and WebSphere MQ.
  • Previous experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-level messaging systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in WebSphere MQ and Message Broker.
  • Experience with managed services and cloud-based messaging platforms.
