About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, cleaning, and disposing of waste.
  • Conduct safety sweeps to identify potential hazards and report any issues to management.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment to maintain a clean and safe facility.
  • Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms, floors, and windows.
  • Respond to spills and other incidents in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
