The Career Links is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a privately owned company with over 40 years of experience in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on heavy industrial machinery, including motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, single and three-phase electricity, conveyor systems, production equipment, diagrams, operation manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and trouble shooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Willingness to work some weekends
