Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and refine manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness by applying lean methodologies and maintaining ISO standards.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at minimizing non-value-added tasks.
  • Investigate and adopt innovative tools and technologies, including aiding in the procurement and quoting processes.
  • Evaluate manufacturing workflows and methods, including layout and production machinery.
  • Conduct time studies and manage line balancing activities.
  • Create comprehensive work instructions and deliver training to production staff.
  • Apply continuous improvement and Lean principles effectively.
  • Support design for manufacturability for new products utilizing the 7 stages of the design process.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to implement equipment upgrades and enhancements.
  • Engage with management, engineering, and other personnel regarding manufacturing capabilities, production timelines, and other factors to streamline production processes.
  • Prepare statistical data representations through charts.
  • Support ISO 9001 work instructions and processes.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation.

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Project management expertise with the ability to coordinate multiple projects throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting information to clients, customers, and team members.

  • Safety-conscious and adheres to shop safety protocols.
