This position requires the operator to handle equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders, ensuring that tasks like excavation, grading, and earthmoving are completed efficiently and safely.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation:
- Skillfully operate heavy construction machinery including bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, loaders, and graders.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Site Preparation:
- Assist in preparing construction sites by removing obstacles and debris.
- Perform excavation, grading, and leveling of surfaces as per project requirements.
- Project Implementation:
- Adhere to project plans and directives from supervisors to carry out tasks such as trench digging, backfilling, and material loading.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve coordinated project outcomes.
- Safety Adherence:
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
- Perform pre-operational checks and promptly report any mechanical issues or hazards.
- Documentation:
