We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team at Advantage Solutions LLC. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of retail merchandisers and ensuring that all client and customer standards are met in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Train and develop retail merchandisers to ensure they are equipped to perform their job responsibilities.
- Manage scorecards to ensure associates meet client and customer standards.
- Partner with client representatives to conduct in-store training and development days.
- Assign merchandisers to stores and maintain work schedules.
- Merchandising Support:
- Support team members in ensuring all aspects of the merchandising process are in place and meet client and customer objectives.
- Administration and Reporting:
- Complete timely and accurate reports, including recaps, itineraries, timekeeping, expense reports, and other required documents.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of merchandising experience, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
- 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
- Ability to hire, train, and develop associates to build an effective team.
- Ability to develop robust, cross-functional relationships with peers and business leaders.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically.
