Position Overview:

As a Family Law Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload while also providing assistance to colleagues on intricate cases.
  • Represent clients in family law matters from inception to resolution, with hands-on courtroom experience. Our firm handles cases involving custody, visitation, support, protective orders, and all facets of Divorce, Domestic Violence, and Paternity.
  • Build family law cases through thorough research on diverse legal issues.
  • Possess strong research, writing, and analytical capabilities.
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
  • Review, analyze, and draft legal documents, demonstrating excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Communicate with empathy and expertise with clients of varying levels of understanding regarding complex legal matters.
  • Effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders, including external attorneys, senior management, clients, and support personnel, maintaining high standards of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Monitor and manage billable hours, ensuring comprehensive client and case management.

Prior experience in family law is essential. Candidates must hold a valid license in California. Certification as a Family Law Specialist or eligibility is advantageous.
