Job Summary
Crisis Center for South Suburbia is a nonprofit organization that provides emergency shelter and support services for individuals and families affected by domestic violence. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Manager/Hotline Shift Leader to oversee the daily operations of our residential programs in Tinley Park, IL.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, problem-solving, and team leadership, with 3-5 years of experience in related fields. They will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, collaborating with our staff to achieve our mission, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of our residential programs

- Providing guidance and support to our team members

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and completion of 40-hour DV training. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and productively.
