We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Retail Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning product displays, and removing damaged goods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move merchandise throughout the store.
- Monitor and maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the deli area, including zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, and setting up and cleaning product displays.
- Follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment preferred.
