Optometric Technician

We are seeking a skilled Optometric Technician to join our team at Vision Source. As an Optometric Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service.

• Conduct thorough patient pre-testing, including visual acuity, eye movement, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) scans.
• Educate patients on the importance of their eye health and provide guidance on contact lens care and insertion/removal.
• Assist Optometrists during examinations and provide support with patient consultations.
• Accurately document patient results and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless patient care.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of prior optometric technician experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
