Job Title: Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team at Interprint, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our rotogravure printing press, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and maintain the printing press for production
* Set up and assist the Rotogravure Printer with press operation
* Maintain job materials inventories and provide a clean work area
* Learn and understand color development techniques

Requirements:

* Previous work experience in manufacturing or a hands-on trade
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to lift 40 or more pounds
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new skills
