Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced painting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting, with experience in both residential and commercial re-painting. They must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which includes performing repetitive movements, standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs and ladders, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and securely store equipment and supplies
  • Inspect work for the highest quality
  • Maintain strict attention to detail when working at customer's property
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards

Qualifications

  • Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Quality conscious and detail-oriented
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Liability insurance required; worker's comp strongly preferred
