We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our painting and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and industrial painting, along with expertise in various construction techniques. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing a team of skilled laborers. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining project timelines and delivering exceptional results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the painting crew to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee commercial and industrial painting projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Utilize power tools effectively for various tasks including painting, spackling, caulking, and other related activities.
  • Conduct construction walk-throughs and site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Review project drawings and note any modifications to ensure accurate execution.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in painting techniques and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial painting, industrial painting, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with power tools and equipment used in the painting and construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the painting process and related techniques.
  • Knowledge of painting, drywall inspection, caulking, and other related activities.
  • Experience in blueprint reading and interpretation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
