About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treatment Nurse (LVN) to join our compassionate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering resident-specific care to maintain and improve skin integrity, collaborating with physicians and licensed nurses to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents, and adhering to established medical practices and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address resident skin care needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements

To be considered for this rewarding role, you must possess:

  • A valid Texas RN nursing license or a Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid RN/LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
