About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to drive and support a variety of people-related initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping and implementing internal processes for performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage internal processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead the execution of annual performance review cycles and recruitment processes.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs for new hires and interns.
- Maintain accurate employee records and perform data analysis as needed.
- Collaborate on new systems and processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Lead internal engagement initiatives and mentorship programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring confidentiality and sound judgment.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in People Operations.
- Background in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Startups is preferred.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
