Job Description: As a CRNA lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals. You will cultivate a patient-centric environment, focusing on the whole individual's physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and functional needs. Your expertise will ensure accurate, safe, and patient-centered anesthetic care, while upholding high standards of professionalism and moral behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, safe, and patient-centric anesthetic care
- Conduct thorough anesthesia apparatus safety tests and document anesthesia records accordingly
- Ensure appropriate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements
- Uphold high standards of moral and ethical behavior, professionalism, and commitment to patient care
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a Certified Nurse Anesthetist Training Program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs
- Licensure: Current State of Connecticut Nursing License, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in the State of Connecticut, AANA Certification, State of CT RN and APRN License, ACLS
- Experience: Clinical working experience preferred but not required
