**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at ProMach. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop new and maintain existing relationships with customers in the sanitary processing industry
  • Work closely with our engineering staff to provide project-related sales support
  • Market and sell a range of engineered components, MRO products, process systems, and technologies to the food, dairy, beverage, and bio-pharmaceutical industries
  • Utilize strong technical knowledge and sales skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities

**Requirements:**

  • 2-3 years of technical sales experience in the sanitary or liquid process industry
  • Good communication skills with a strong technical aptitude/knowledge
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and strong work ethic
  • Strong communicator with people skills and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, or similar CRM platform)
  • Be self-directed and comfortable working independently
  • Possess time management and problem-solving skills
  • Able to create a work an effective prospecting and self-directed KPI plan
  • Basic understanding of the sanitary process industry regulations
  • Comfortable traveling throughout designated territory

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Background in the sanitary processing industry, through sales/distribution or actual in-plant production/management experience
  • Experience with Anderson Instruments, Fristam Pumps, and Sdmo Valves
