Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with resident mobility and positioning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
- Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow strict infection control protocols.
- Report any incidents or accidents immediately.
