About the Job

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute settings.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any concerns to the nursing team
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
