ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing conveyor belts and components, as well as maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Install new conveyor belts and change out existing ones to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Repair or splice conveyor belts to extend their lifespan and prevent costly replacements.
- Maintain equipment to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the crew lead to ensure all aspects of the job are covered and completed efficiently.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in conveyor technology and maintenance.
- 1-3 years of experience in conveyor belt installation, maintenance, or repair.
- Familiarity with hot vulcanized splicing techniques and pulley lagging experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment or independently.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
