Job Description

The Delaware Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled F-35 Simulator Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to JSF Pilot and Maintainer Training Devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and issues with the training devices.
  • Determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.
  • Recommend actions to company representatives for coordinative product solutions.
  • Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives.
  • Ready training devices for customer use and assist with mission-specific preparations.

You will also act as a local on-site representative to the customer's organization, attending debriefings as required to aid in the rapid identification of emerging issues that would require company intervention to avoid aircraft downtime.

Other Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Fully and completely document all unusual operational/maintenance problems to support identifying emerging failure trends.
  • Initiate Action Requests (ARs).
  • Identify unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to resolve.
  • Provide on-site assistance to company and customer personnel initiating ARs.
  • Provide training to customer personnel.
  • Manage and track multiple engineering and logistic support activities, providing periodic status to the customer and program management team.
