YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the beverage industry, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Capable of drafting reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
  • Adept at presenting information and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • High energy and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial.
  • Basic mathematical skills for inventory management and reporting.
  • Ability to interact with guests and colleagues diplomatically to resolve conflicts.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
