Responsibilities
  • Set and communicate team priorities that align with the organization's goals.
  • Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.
  • Develop and evolve the technical vision and roadmap for multiple teams.
  • Design and guide systems designs, and write code to solve ambiguous problems.
  • Review and provide feedback on code developed by other engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing strategic projects.
  • 3+ years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure and/or distributed systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
