Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, influencing and coaching a distributed team of engineers.
  • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions, leveraging your expertise in performance, data analysis, and visualization tools.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software development, data structures, and algorithms.
  • 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on performance, large-scale systems, and data analysis.
  • 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, with a strong understanding of software design and architecture.
  • Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
What We Offer

At Google, we offer a competitive salary range of $189,000-$284,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and we offer a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.
