Position Overview:
Fusion HCR is a distinguished firm specializing in geotechnical, environmental, and civil engineering solutions across the Mid Atlantic region.

Role Summary:
We are currently in search of a licensed Senior Civil Engineer to spearhead the design and permitting of land development initiatives for both federal and private sector clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our Civil Division, which also collaborates closely with our Environmental and Geotechnical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams or other technical personnel on various projects within the Civil Division.
- Oversee design processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality project outputs.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil and AutoCAD Civil 3D, with at least three years of hands-on experience.
- Experience with Department of Defense (DOD) projects is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines while prioritizing responsibilities.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in geotechnical engineering is also beneficial.
