- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled nurses and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement research protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and a Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Five years of experience as a registered nurse in a related clinical area of practice.
- Two years of recent formal or informal management/leadership experience.
- BLS for healthcare provider.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.
- Master's degree in nursing leadership.
- Recent formal management experience in patient-oriented clinical research, epilepsy monitoring, and/or adult acute care.
- Comprehensive health care plans.
