Compensation
Minimum: USD $20.00/Hr.
Maximum: USD $45.00/Hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch technical expertise, quality service, and integrity to our clients.
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for commercial clients.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
- Travel to various job sites within the service area and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service.
- Be available for night or weekend shifts on a rotating schedule to address emergency service requests.
- Ensure the company vehicle, tools, and equipment are well-maintained.
- Keep an inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Document service details and parts used through electronic applications.
- Identify and report potential opportunities for additional services or new systems.
- Engage in company-sponsored training sessions to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an HVAC/R Technician.
- Must reside within a reasonable distance from the job location.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- EPA Certification required.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
- Strong knowledge of advanced principles in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as necessary.
