Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Telecare Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing support and case management for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health symptoms.

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, you will provide support and case management for members served with a developmental disability and other co-occurring disorders. Your primary goal will be to assist them in living as independently as possible in their chosen community.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health symptoms.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and community integration.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document progress and provide regular updates to the treatment team.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduation or G.E.D.
  • Six months of prior experience providing direct care and special services to persons with developmental disabilities.
  • Complete the required training for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 6 months of initial employment and obtain RBT certification within twelve months of initial employment or be a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional and maintain credential through employment.
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
