- Attend trainings and meetings to maintain a high level of knowledge in the field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
