Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Retail Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for enforcing sales strategies, managing productivity, and acting as a brand ambassador in the local market. You will also be responsible for developing product knowledge skills, supervising the team, and providing feedback to others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with the Store Manager that align with Company priorities and values
  • Enforce sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories
  • Manage productivity and hold self and sales team accountable for personal sales
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business
  • Develop product knowledge skills and stay up-to-date on all current Squishable in-store products
  • Supervise the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet goals and utilize Company tools
  • Provide feedback to others and coach performance to a higher standard
Requirements
  • Two plus years of relevant supervisor experience in a high volume, fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environment
  • Passion for people and a dynamic and engaged leadership style
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback and recognition to every team member
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with and manage diverse teams
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to transport stock as may be required; lifting cartons up to 25 lb.
