Job Summary

We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Washington, DC. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless client care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including a minimum of 25 sessions per week

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and support staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
