Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work in our Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individualized physical therapy patient care through assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, and education to maximize patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and quality-oriented physical therapy patient care
  • Assess, treat, and plan individualized physical therapy programs
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans to achieve functional goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
  • Doctoral and/or master's degree in physical therapy
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia
  • Experience in Outpatient and/or Private Practice Physical Therapy
  • Full understanding of State Practice Act(s) and Compliance in Virginia
