Job Title: AV Specialist

LeadStack Inc. is seeking a highly skilled AV Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT Support Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch audiovisual support for high-profile meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and provide full-service support for audiovisual systems, including Zoom and MS Teams.
  • Assist with and lead audiovisual support for meetings and events, ensuring a high level of customer service and technical implementation.
  • Deliver related technical services, including meeting support, AV project planning, and equipment setup.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance checks and services on AV systems.
  • Test and troubleshoot AV equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Develop and conduct on-site user and administrative training for integrated audiovisual systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience servicing audiovisual systems and similar technology.
  • Training from Crestron on the operations of associated A/V equipment.
  • Familiarity with commercial audiovisual, video conferencing, and broadcast manufacturers of equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and strengths in MS Teams.
