Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of employees.
  • Minimum 3 years of field construction experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in masonry projects.
  • Valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to various job sites.
  • Ability to lift materials and work in various weather conditions, with a strong commitment to safety and health.
  • Experience with blueprint reading and managing crews, with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
  • Proficiency in iPad technology or willingness to learn, with a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest construction management tools and techniques.
