Core Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests, ensuring exceptional service and smooth check-out processes.
- Work primarily during the night shift at the front desk, with flexibility to adapt to varying schedules as needed.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and other team members to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, confirming reservations and processing payments.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Document and track guest requests and issues, maintaining accurate records for follow-up.
- Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a front desk or night audit role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems; OPERA experience is a plus.
- Strong typing skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Exemplary customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
