Core Responsibilities
  • Welcome and register guests, ensuring exceptional service and smooth check-out processes.
  • Work primarily during the night shift at the front desk, with flexibility to adapt to varying schedules as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and other team members to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Duties
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, confirming reservations and processing payments.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Document and track guest requests and issues, maintaining accurate records for follow-up.
  • Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
Qualifications

Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a front desk or night audit role within the hospitality industry.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems; OPERA experience is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Education:
  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Personal Attributes:
  • Exemplary customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
