We are currently seeking a Male Registered Behavior Technician who is proficient in both English and Spanish for two clients, along with an English-speaking RBT certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. The cases are located in Homestead and Cuter Bay.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field recognized by the state of Florida
- RBT certification from the BACB
- Medicaid provider ID in good standing
- CAQH number and completed application
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Behavior Analysis or Mental Health
- Strong work ethics and integrity
- Adherence to BACB code of ethics and federal/state regulations
- Proficient in spoken and written English; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Ability to utilize computer software for documentation and data collection
- Reliable transportation
- Open to receiving feedback
- Completion of all training and in-services required by AHCA, Medicaid, or the agency
- Must provide proof of physical (medical) and substance (drug) evaluations for employment, along with a negative PPD skin test or equivalent
Experience:
- Relevant experience: 2 years (Preferred)
