We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Behavioral Family Solutions, LLC. As a RBT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client goals
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress
  • Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to ensure effective treatment
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Board Certified by the BACB with the Registered Behavior Technician, RBT credential
  • High School diploma, with one or more years' experience providing direct services to recipients with mental health disorders, developmental or intellectual disabilities
  • Documented certifications of in-services in the treatment of mental health, developmental or intellectual disabilities, recipient's rights, crisis management strategies, and confidentiality
  • Must be fluent in English, bilingual preferred
