Job Summary:

The Operating Room Nurse is a critical member of the surgical team, responsible for providing patient care in the Operating Room according to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN and regulatory standards, physician orders, policies and procedures of the Hospital and the Surgical Department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring supplies and timeliness of cases
- Communication with families and updating of physician preference cards
- Scrubbing and assisting physicians during surgical cases
- Supervision of personnel delivering patient care

Requirements:
- RN license to practice in AR
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Must have C-section experience
- At least 1 year experience in specialty preferred
