Breakfast Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast to our guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to guests in the breakfast room
  • Set up breakfast at scheduled time and maintain a clean and comfortable eating area
  • Prepare food and beverage to brand standard breakfast program guidelines
  • Ensure breakfast items are replenished and available to guests during breakfast hours according to standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of entire breakfast area and kitchen, including equipment, during and after breakfast hours
  • Inventory breakfast items regularly and help unload weekly food order
  • Clear tables during the breakfast experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware in a timely manner
  • Clean tables, chairs and floor area
  • Assist service team as necessary to meet and exceed the guests' expectations
Requirements:
  • Experience in a foodservice environment preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
