Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Sun River Health is seeking a highly skilled Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assessing talent to align with the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a strategic plan to source candidates from multiple channels, including social media, professional associations, and universities.
- Utilize various technologies to establish external recruiting resources and ensure an efficient applicant tracking system.
- Drive JEDI initiatives through strategic planning and tactical implementation as it relates to recruitment strategies and practice.
- Create and track recruitment metrics to continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and practice.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the business needs and departmental structure to collaborate with HR and Onboarding teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and manage all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, be self-motivated, and work with little direct supervision.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of groups of employees and rapidly gaining and applying knowledge.
