Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10 to 20 Onsite Service Representatives/Specialists to maintain inventory in customer accounts, helping customers save time and money.
  • Use Grainger's network to collaborate with multiple teams to achieve results.
  • Implement a Leader Plan, including assessing and prioritizing, coaching and teaching, hiring top talent, and promoting great team member engagement and development.
  • Manage projects by allocating resources, ensuring return on investment and profitability.
  • Understand market conditions and trends, and customer requirements to provide appropriate direction and guidance to the broader organization.
  • Ensure the right solutions and resources are being offered/deployed to customers, and ensure excellent customer survey satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' manufacturing or industrial business experience with direct leadership experience.
  • Understanding of financial and economic concepts.
  • Experience leading in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience building and working within different teams.
  • Strength in process improvement, ownership and control, and project management.
  • Experience leading and working towards goals with a remote team.

  • A competitive salary range of $85,680 to $131,580, with 15% bonus eligibility target.
