Job Summary:
CJ Logistics America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team. As a Sanitation Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our logistics center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sanitation schedule to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional janitorial and maintenance support to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels for department supplies and identify areas for improvement.
- Operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow work directions and perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate equipment to complete job functions.
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
- Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet as needed.
- Experience with basic tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle, store, use, and dispose of chemicals safely.
- Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
- Ability to meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
