About the Role

We are looking to add an Administrative Support Specialist to our growing Administration Department. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office and operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. This position will be on-site and directly support our administration operations.

Essential Functions

  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
  • Assist in planning and executing projects, tracking deadlines, and coordinating resources.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations on various topics as required by the administrative team.
  • Organize and manage special events or meetings.
  • Assist with office operations, including managing supplies, facilities, and administrative functions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage communications between different departments and teams.
  • Resolve administrative and operational issues to keep processes running smoothly.
  • Manage logistics, from travel arrangements to catering and event schedules.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of O365 and office equipment, Ex: Scanners.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism.
  • Maintains confidentiality when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Education and Experience

  • Associate/College Degree with BS/BA in Business Administration or applicable experience.
