Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Paint Sales Specialist to join our team at S.W. Collins Company Inc. As a Paint Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting the right paint and products for their projects, provide guidance on painting techniques, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on paint products, finishes, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a paint or home improvement store.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
