About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our team at Apex Solutions. As an Inside Sales Specialist for Building Technology, you will be responsible for:

• Order Processing and Handling: Efficiently process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Offer Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare and present customized offers to customers, following up to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Deadline and Customer Requirement Monitoring: Proactively monitor deadlines and customer requirements, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
• Customer and Sales Area Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and sales areas, driving growth and revenue.
• Operational Interface with Field Service: Collaborate with the field service team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any technical issues.

Requirements:
