COMPENSATION: Pay Rate: $30 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW

Studio FLOW Yoga Instructors are essential members of our fitness team, dedicated to delivering an outstanding yoga experience to all Studio FLOW participants. These instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, providing an aspirational and results-oriented yoga practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Embody our core values that reflect our UPLIFT principles.
  • Engage with members by suggesting relevant VASA fitness products and amenities that align with their needs.
  • Offer personalized instruction tailored to individual fitness levels and experiences, ensuring every member feels valued and included within the VASA community.
  • Bring a unique personality to enhance the Studio Flow class formats.
  • Arrive punctually and prepared, ensuring the space is ready and members are welcomed promptly.
  • Safely and accurately demonstrate yoga postures and actively monitor participants during classes.
  • Complete post-class tasks, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Be approachable, inclusive, and engaging, providing excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Encourage non-Studio members to participate in Studio Flow classes while they are exercising in the facility.
