COMPENSATION: Pay Rate: $30 per hour

ROLE PURPOSE

Studio FLOW Yoga Instructors are essential Group Fitness Instructors who deliver an outstanding yoga experience to all Studio FLOW participants. These instructors are calm, knowledgeable professionals who inspire members through an aspirational, results-oriented yoga journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Embody our guiding principles that bring our UPLIFT core values to life.
  • Demonstrate care and connect with members by suggesting other relevant VASA fitness offerings and amenities that align with the members' needs.
  • Provide tailored instruction to individuals based on their fitness levels and experiences to ensure every member feels valued and included in the VASA community.
  • Bring a unique personality to enhance the Studio Flow class formats.
  • Arrive punctually and prepared, ensuring the environment is ready and members are welcomed on time.
  • Safely and accurately demonstrate yoga postures and actively monitor participants during classes.
  • Execute post-class procedures, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing to maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment.
  • Be approachable, inclusive, and engaging, providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing member inquiries and concerns.
  • Actively encourage and invite non-Studio members to participate in Studio Flow classes while they are exercising in the facility.
